The Villas and the Apartments are integrated perfectly in the existing landscape of the Olive Island Resort. Because of the natural slope of the ground the construction will be done terraced, guaranteeing therefore from almost every property breathtaking sea-views. In the concept of the properties, special emphasis was put on the size of the rooms and terraces. The quality of the works and equipment will be according to the highest European standards.
There are 8 different types of Villas, depending on the location in the Luxury Resort. The sizes of the plots are from 400-1.500m2. They are available with 2-5 bed-rooms, a Swimming-Pool is optional.
As well there are 8 different types of Apartments, depending on the location in the Resort as well. They are available with 1-3 bed-rooms.
